State Route Cowleyhill RD near State Highway Between Rte. 155 & Rte. 607
This Route never had a speed limit posted on it, until just recently. They posted it at 40mph. which is almost impossible to do, because this route has 2 steep hills to go over and you need more speed to make the hills.
