W. Chocolate Avenue near Staples
W Chocolate Ave east bound, just east of Staples. PD sits in parking lot of Exxon gas station. When station closes, the parking lot is dark and it is very hard to see the cruiser parked against the building. There are white lines on the roadway.

Derry Township (Hershey) is using ENRADD system extensively and the monitoring car is often a long way from the ENRADD device.
