When driving south on Route 15, you come upon an exit for PA Route 114. The Speed Limit is 55, but most drivers are going at least 65 or 70. After the offramp for Route 114, the highway (Route 15) goes over a small hill, but it is big enough that you can’t see the cop waiting on the other side. The cops usually sit either just before or just after the onramp from Route 114 waiting to catch unsuspecting motorists who are driving at a perfectly reasonable speed.
