River North Road near Wheatland Road
Motorcycle Officer sits on the east side of River Rd N in Keizer just before McNary Estates. This Officer is busy. Every time I pass this area he seems to be issuing a ticket. The speed is 40 mph but a person can easily do 45 plus.

Don't forget it's up hill AND clearly marked:) No reason to be going more than 40 in either direction you go.
