Highway 26, from Jackson School road to city limits

Tickets are handed out for the smallest of traffic violations. Five miles over the speed limit can easily get you a ticket and in my case a ticket that was rounded up five miles an hour. If you think contesting the ticket will get you anywhere even if you were not guilty, think again. In the 21 years I’ve lived here I have not heard of one person getting out of a speeding ticket, or even getting one reduced. In fact last time I had a friend contest one they raised his ticket. Even if you are being safe, they will ticket you. You have no chance in the city court. Be especially aware of the Jackson School road overpass late at night just before entering the city, from 11pm-2am the chance of passing a cop here is approximatly 90%.
