NE 10th Street near Lincoln Boulevard
On eastbound 10th street, the speed limit abruptly drops from 35 to 25 mph, in spite of the fact that it is 4-lane divided with a grass median. The speed limit 25 sign is near a tree and not obvious. The OU Med Center campus police frequent this area in the morning while OUMC employees are on their way to work, wait in a parking lot just east of Lincoln for people still doing 35 when thy enter this area. The fine for 35 in a 25 zone is $152.
