Winston Salem Police Officer sits in one of two grassy patches right before you pass Forsyth Hospital. The officer turns all of his or her lights off making the patrol car extreamly hard to see, giving no street lights are around and the grassy patch dips down lower than the road. Possibly targeting teenagers.
