Rote 17 in Sloatsburg goes from 45mph to 30 moh and back up to 45mph. the ramapo police and village of sloatsburg use this as a budget booster. 5mph over and they have you. Just when you think you made it through the gauntlet you hit the the Town of Tuxedo with is even worse. So Watch out
