As you exit Route 4 East at Grand Avenue South (Leonia,Palidades Park)there is a Bergen County Officer. He stands at the bottom of the ramp on the right hand side in a parking lot of an Exxon Station. He is not shooting radar or laser, he simply stands on the corner and waits for someone to run through the stop sign at the bottom of the exit ramp. It is probable that he is looking for other things (cell phone use, seatbelts). You must keep an eye out for him, because he is sometimes there when you least expect it. Always look to your right as you come down the ramp, and you will probably see him before he sees you.
