Once you go over Riverdale Hill coming in to town from Riverdale, there is usually a police officer on the shoulder right before the intersection of the Boulevard and Route 23. Sometimes they sit further up before the on ramp from 287. Becuase you are coming down a steep hill, your speed increases – this is where they catch you.
