Pequannock Avenue near Newark Pompton Turnpike
Pequannock Ave is a throught street to get to RT#23 south from
Newark Pompton Tpke. Speed limit is 30MPH residential area.
Saw an unmarked Charger with Radar in use about 2/3 the way
towards RT#23 .. This was a Friday about 4PM
