State Highway Rt 3 East near Bloomfield Ave Avenue
Police sit in the last driveway of the Roche Pharmaceuticals complex at the tip of the hill just before the Passaic Ave exit. Traveling eastbound on Rt 3, poilice will keep ALL LIGHTS off within and on the vehicle and wait for an unsuspecting motorist. I was nabbed twice at this spot, and see the there on occasion.

Nabbed in the same spot twice, that was smart. The first time was bad enough,but you go back and put everyone else in danger twice.
