Robb Drive near Mae Ann Avenue
Going south on Robb Dr from Mae Ann there is a motorcycle city cop at the bottom of the hill on the right across from the church in a park parking lot behind the four pine trees.

And after one of the two RPD motor cops pinches you for speeding on that stretch, they'll go have coffee at the Starbucks at the top of the hill.
There are 2 RPD motors that cycle (pun intended) through the entire Robb & MaeAnne area..from 7th & McCarran to Sharlands & MaeAnne.
