On the newly made Russell Road, on the left side coming from the airport, there is a curve after Maryland Parkway where 2 motorcycle officers park on the sidewalk. It’s a dark area so you can’t see them well. They are there 2 days of the week and on Eastern and Russel the other days around 11:00p.m – 12:00a.m. The speed limit used to be 45 but has been lowered to 35. They are aggressive in ticketing, but well mannered because the airport is county owned and there’s no telling who they maybe pulling over!
