There is a parking lot about 2 blocks South of Desert Inn on Eastern, in which a minimum of 2 bike officers hide behind a planter filled with bushes. The speed limit is 45 MPH on Eastern south of Flamingo, but switches to 35 MPH north of Flamingo. The signs are not overly visible, and there is no change in the quality of the street. If anything, the street is wider and better kept than any other part of Eastern. I’ve never been pulled over there, but I see people pulled over almost every day.
