Watch out driving on Torrey Pines between the overpass over the 95 and Charleston Blvd. I have seen Metro there (usually motorcycle cops) running radar. When you are traveling south on Torrey Pines and crest the overpass the speed limit changes in the middle of the overpass from 35mph to 25mph. People are usually driving 20 miles over the speed limit. The motorcycle cops will hide behind cars, sit in the parking lot of Garside Pool, or the school parking lot, or in the parking lot of Rose Warren Elementary School. I have seen Metro there at all hours. If you speed on that section of Torrey Pines chances are you will get a ticket.
