Police car is dark blue and hides on side of road down by the railroad tracks just after crossing bridge. He faces traffic in dark with no parking lights on nor is any of the reflective decals showing letting oncoming traffic know a vehicle is present. You cannot see the vehicle until you are 15 to 20 yards from it.
