Police patrol this area heavily. Often, they will sit in the funeral home parking lot, the car wash parking lot, Dollar General parking lot, or Timbers Drive Church (formerly First Freewill Baptist Church parking lot

When you’re heading from Ross Clark Circle towards the school, you’ll be going 40mph then pass Laurel Oaks, you’ll see a bridge and right there the speed limit changes to 30mph. Once you go over that bridge you’ll see a church and to your right is a parking lot where officers like to set up.

Major speed trap. officer sits at Brunsons gas station and monitors all traffic on that road.

As you enter Dothan City limits, just passed the Troy Dothan entrance. The speed limit drops to 45mph. Its a downhill run and Dothan PD will pull you over for even a slight overage in speed.
