Fultondale p d , for the most part-does give you 10-15 over the posted limt. However between 5 – 7 p.m., an officer uses a lot less discretion in writing tickets. Although I’m no NASCAR driver, he pulled me over for 5 miles over the posted speed of 50mph, and wrote me up.116.00 is what it costs for regular speeding, and it does no good to go to court.Be Warned-this cop has a big ego, and feeds off being in power/control.
