Police run this area at all hours of nite and day times are hard and they need ya money

This is a construction zone for the last 4 years with very little work actually on the existing highway. The 45 mph limit is well below the original 60 mph limit. Traffic usually travels at 60 mph. State Troopers are writing tickets almost daily even when there is no construction activity and no need for a low speed limit.
