Officer sits off the side of the road back in the trees somewhat with radar and gave me a ticket for going 75 in a 65. I was going 65, several other cars were speeding. Officer speaks with a Russian accent.

Unmarked patrol car – officer speaks with Russian accent. Was not even sure he was legitimate. Claimed to be with Prichard police department, Stopped and ticketed 4 vehicles within 1 hour.
