Ranburne, Alabama Speed Traps

5 patrol cars visible four with customers on West Bound Side at 11 AM. Single car visible on entrance ramp at Exit 205.

The officer is parked in a truck on the overpass over interstate I-20 with a radar gun pointed at westbound traffic. A second officer pulls the speeder over before the Ranburne Exit. The overpass is between exits 210 and 205. There are also unmarked officers in SUV vans along the 210 mile market for east and westbound traffic near the Georgia, Alabama state line. The police are on the Alabama side. I went by twice this week (Monday & Thursday) and the officer in the truck on the overpass was there even when it was pouring rain one day. (Cleburne County)

A Police officer will sit tucked in beside the barber shop going out of town, just before the Ranburne Fire Station. There is a curve just before there. They also sit tucked in the parking lot of the Value Foods at night. They also sit in the parking lot of the Fire Station, back close to it, they are blocked by the trees. Be Extra Careful through here.
