You come down a long hill with the speed limit listing as 45mph until you get to the bottom of the hill. The speed limit suddenly drops to 35 mph when you reach the bottom of the hill. It goes back to 45 mph 300 yards later. The Tuskegee Police even stop and ticket locals.
