Coming East, no warning of reduced speed. Couldn’t get off my cruize control before being pulled over. Reduced my 65 in 55 to"careless driving" so it wouldn’t be reflected on my insurance or driving record. Part of the "stimulus package"

Arkansas State Trooper, Arkansas Highway Police, This is their direct route from Sharp County Court to Fulton County Court for 20 miles. The officers are on this stretch of highway 24/7 and the locals know that they get 3 times their monthly quota’s.
