Motorcycle cop likes to sit in driveway entrance of Police Headquarters on corner of El Camino & Santa Rosa, targets passing cars on El Camino, also will sit in K-Mart Parking lot at San Anselmo and El Camino, targets all passing cars on both roads, Uses Handheld radar gun.
