Colt, Arkansas Speed Traps

The speed limit changes suddenly from 35 to 45 and in the other direction 45 down to 35. It is so bad that there is a sign warning that there is going to be a speed change ahead to 45. The Colt, AR city police are constantly giving tickets. I was in a 45 mph zone and a Colt city police was coming up a side street when I drove by. He pulled me over and said I was doing 47 in a 35 mpr zone. He said I had passed the 45 mpr zone. I didn’t argue with him because I wasn’t sure at the time where the sign was. I looked the next morning and I had passed the sign. He said he clocked me at another street across a field down about 2 blocks. Think they just need some more money for the city.
