West Helena, Arkansas Speed Traps

Saturday night approximately 8pm, I approached the 4 way stop light on 942 US 49 West Helena AR, 72390. The traffic lights have been out for weeks, and the Local Police; WHPD is literally disabling the traffic lights to involuntary force people to run the stop sign in the middle of the road, because it’s barely visible. I, myself, emailed the director of NMA a screenshot, via social media about citizens complaining about the dangers of the traffic light being out for so long. This resulting in tourist not familiar with the area committing traffic violations and potentially causing an accident. Please do something about this!!!
