Usually set up when traffic is heavier but it can be anytime. As you are approaching Victoria from the ferries at Sidney, you drive under an overpass at Royal Oak. They stand on this overpass with a Laser Gun and can shoot you a long ways away. After you pass under them a car is radioed and will pick you up shortly. The speed limit is 80 and the traffic flow is usually 90 to 100.

Cops sit between the North and South lanes just South of the overpass. They shoot radar/laser mostly towards the northbound traffic.

Note: They sometimes hide just up a bit on the onramp North shooting North as well.

Right in the midian going northbound towards the malhat, once you crest over the hill at the costco/highlands exit. See them all the time, sometimes 3 intagrated road safety unit. Also sometimes late at night ex. 2 am. Are there for a couple days, then do not come back for a while. Always slow down before after the turns before the costco exit.
