Shepherd Street near Melbrook thru Cedar Street
They are all up and down the street
McKinley Avenue near State Highway 168
Motorcycle Cops sit in the shadows and driveways between Peach and 168 on McKinley. I’ve seen them numerous times parked in front of the apartments in the shade between KFC and 168. But you will also see them parked in the tv and radio station parking lots. They blend in very well with the surroundings
Cedar Avenue near Bullard & Sierra Avenue
Between Bullard & Sierra on Cedar a motorcycle cop sits back on a residential street (Escalon) with his Radar gun waiting for a speeder. I’ve seen him only in the mornings on my way to work.
Blackstone Avenue
This is not actually a TRAP, persay. But a bit of a TRICK. On weekends down Blackstone Ave some of the Fresno PD will have a car pulled over as a decoy and the guy that has "pulled" the car over will have a radar gun and clock oncoming traffic. Another cop will be waiting for them a little ways ahead. 
Nees Avenue near Fresno Avenue
There are consistently motorcycle cops that hide behind trees along the sidestreet on the north side of nees between Fresno and First avenue. They usually catch people traveling WB on Nees.
