Bike cop radar located on north side of the south bound lanes going over PCH at beginning of passing over Santa Ana River Bridge into West Newport Beach. Traffic tendency is acceleration after last south bound PCH signal in Huntington Beach at Brookhurst and then slowing down after crossing SAR bridge.

Speed limit drops from 40 MPH to 35 MPH.

right after you enter the Balboa Peninsula area, a cop ALWAYS sits in that parking garage right next to the gas station… (its the only gas station on the Penn..i think its a texaco or something) if ur waiting in traffic, waiting at the light, and doing something wrong, they’ll catch you. They are parked in the shadows so you dont see them until you’re right there… dont talk on your phone unless its hands-free, dont have too dark of tinted windows, dont have a loud car, etc. etc… you will get pulled over. especially when there is light traffic, they’ll getcha for speeding… WATCH OUT! on that street especially since there’s o many bars, they are looking for any reason to pull someone over…

As you travel north once you pass Superior a unit will sit in the gravel driveway on the right before you get to Cappy’s.
