Upland, California Speed Traps
Foothill and Euclid (CVS Parking Lot)
Local unit camps on the northern entrance to the CVS parking lot for eastbound travelers.
Campus St just north of 16th
Upland PD motorcycle officer often parked in golf course maintenance driveway entrance about 200 feet north of 16th, east side, during morning rush. Partially hidden by trees, but not hard to see as his bike fairing is white. Usually arrives around 7am. Easy to exceed 40mph limit going downhill if the light is green.
All along Colonies Parkway
Entire length of Colonies Parkway from Campus to 19th is only 35 mph. SB sherrifs love to park in any side street and nail speeders. Easy to speed on this road if you are not aware of the posting.
9th Street in the center piece where Euclid goes N. and S.
I, on many occasions, see a motorcycle cop parked here early mornings before the son comes up, this officer is very hard to see since he has "No" lights on at all and you cannot see him until you’ve already passed him "if that".
7th Street, West of San Antonio
Police car parked south side of 7th, before sunrise with no lights on.
