Going northbound on Quaker the speed limit is 40 MPH. However, when you drop down the hill, the speed limit changes to 30MPH. The police wait at the bottom of the hill on the west side behind a large tree. They’ve been there for over a year.
Wadsworth Boulevard near 72nd Avenue
Traveling North On Wadsworth By Indian Tree Golf Course–Motorcycle Cops Sit On Sidewalk In Shade Of Tree And Clock You Coming Up The Hill.
Traveling South On Wadsworth Between 72nd and 76th The Cop (sometimes car sometimes motorcycle) Sits In The Driveway Of A Home On The East Side And Clocks You Coming Down The Hill. Most Enforcement When Schools In The Area Are Starting/On Lunch/End Of School Day.
Ward Road near South of 58th Ave
Trap is located south of 58th ave, on the west side of Ward road. Arvada P.D. sits behind the sign at Arvada Appliance. This is just north of Van Bibber park. This primarily affects the Southbound Ward road traffic.
Wadsworth Bypass near 62nd Avenue
Traveling North Or South On Wadsworth Bypass– Traveling North A Motorcycle Cop Sits On The East Side Of Wadsworth On 62nd And Clocks You At The Bottom Of The Hill. Traveling South The Cop Sits On The West Side Of The Bypass In The Arvada Maintenence Lot And Clock You Again At The Bottom Of The Hill. The Landmark To Watch For Is The Train Tracks That Cross Over Wadsworth–Once You Pass Under Them, In Either Direction You Are Visible To The Laser; And Due To The Placement Of The Train Bridge You Do Not See The Cop Until It Is To Late. Unfair Because Either Direction You Build Speed Coming Down The Hill, And They Target You At The Bottom. Weekends Especially Enforced!
Wadsworth Bypass near Ralston Road
Arvada PD like to sit on the west side of Southbound Wadsworth just north of Ralston road before the railraod bridge.
