Black Hawk, Colorado Speed Traps

This entire stretch of road to the casinos is a speed trap. There are numerous places to hide patrol cars, as well as changing speed limits. They also frequently block the road and check everyone for DWI, or “impaired driving”. Take the buses from Denver or get a room at the casinos if you are going to drink. Don’t speed, or drink and drive at all. Not even one beer.
