Littleton, Colorado Speed Traps

Going east on Bellview Ave. just after going under Santa Fe Dr., but before Winderere St., Littleton P.D. sits in the entrance to the service yard in an unmarked f-150 or unmarked dodge charger or marked units

This stretch of Bellieview is heavily monitored. I am on this stretch of road 5 days a week. 4 out of 5 they are sitting there. On both sides they have entrances to the subdivisions so they seem to alternate. Although once a month they seem to have a feeding frenzy and place both motorcycles and cars on BOTH sides of the road. The speed limit is 35 all the way from Broadway to the University light (which has cameras).

Speed limit drops to 35 mph for 3 blocks on Broadway beginning at Arapahoe. Prevailing traffic is 45-50 mph and they sit at the corner store at the bottom of the hill.

Police wait on the South side of the street either in the church parking lot of on Oak Street just (E) of Jared’s Nursery

C470 between the Morrision Road exit and the Alameda Road exit. They often park in the grassy area between the North and South bound lanes.
