Photo Radar van has been spotted sitting in the construction zone on eastbound US 285 (Hampden) as your approaching Lowell Blvd. The van is just over the crest of the hill before the gentle sweeping left curve up to the stoplight on Lowell. No chance to slow down until it is too late! Van usually posted during evening rush hour. Motorcycle cops have been spotted in this area during morning rush hour
