Brooklyn, Connecticut Speed Traps

Seen often on weekday evenings, usually parked in the Vet’s office 1/4 mile west of the prison (3/4 mile west of Route 169), just where the speed limit drops to 30, so they can nail people going eastbound down the hill at 45-55 mph.

I was rushing to the vet to pick up some medicine, and the vet was about to close. The road on rte 6 in Brooklyn is fairly flat, but the cop came out of nowhere. BEWARE: This cop had lights INSIDE the car, and not on the top of the car. I was cited for going 60 in a 45. Becareful on route 6 as it feels like the highway when it really is not.
