State Route 80 near Route 79/80 Circle Circle

A police car will be sitting about a mile east of the Madison circle in a driveway on the right. It is just after the road has been going slightly downhill for awhile and so it is easy to pick up speed as you begin to approach an incline before the large hill before the Killingworth circle.
