On the right side of Exit 67 on Interstate 95 going Southbound (heading toward New Haven/New York) there is often a State Trooper in the "gore" or grassy part of the exit.

Off Exit 68 coming off of interstate 95 southbound, aftet the overpass immediately off the exit there is a hiding spot behind it where they sit at any time of day, but quite frequently. More often than not, they will be there.
