Just after exiting I-91 on to Day Hill Road going west the speed limit is set to 35 mph. The speed trap is set up just before Addison road and 1/4 mile from where the speed limit then increases to 45 mph!

Interstate I-91 near Exit Number exit 34
Unmarked silver grey Ford mustang with trooper inside in full regalia pointing lasers at passing motorists. I thought someone was aiming to shoot me on the highway.
Bloomfield Ave. on the corner of Mountain Road in the parking lot of a church
A Cop hides out in the parking lot of River of Life Church, it’s pretty random, sometimes the cop is there sometimes, h/she isn’t, not sure what the cutoff is, but Windsor cops are good cops and it’s not safe to go more than 42’ish while going through the light, just don’t drive like an idiot and you’ll be fine.
Beginning of Day Hill Road
Cops will hang out at the beginning of Day Hill Road where the speed limit is still 35 not 45 yet, and they will stop you for going 36mph. They probally won’t give you a ticket unless you are grossly over the speed limit. Windsor police like to pull over people around town because they get people with much bigger violations than speeding like DUI, and driving while under suspension and outstanding arrest warrants, stuff like that. Windsor cops are good cops and generally speaking don’t use law enforcement for revenue purposes, but just slow down and go 35 so you are not inconvenienced.
