State Highway Rt. 1 NB/SB near Dover AFB/Tilcon
Dover PD and State both patrol this notorious strip. More so Dover PD, but they love to hide under the little overpass and they’ll sit in the median right in front of Tilcon (by the traffic light). Since they mainly use motorcycles, there’s always backup within a 1 mi radius. Pulse radar! Radar detector won’t pick it up until you’re right on him!

State police usually sit under the overpass and may be in cars or motorcycles.
