One officer in the Church parking lot watching for speeders heading northbound on Lockwood, calling ahead to another officer at the entrance of next neighborhood to make the stop.
Skate park parking lot on Lockwood
Police sit in their car facing south on the south side of the skate park in the skate park parking lot. Nice straight radar shot for speeders leaving SSC and HHS heading north on Lockwood. Very difficult to see the police car because of the shrubs bordering the parking lot. 4 lane divided road lures you into driving 50 MPH or more in a 35 MPH zone.
Approach to Traffic Circle

Traffic circle on Franklin (locals call it the ca Ching)
Speed drops from 40 to 30 in 25 yards. Police have a permanent hide place in bushes in the priviate paking lot at apporach to enter the circle. They have footman who waves cars in to speed tickets writers.
Lockwood Boulevard in Carillon/Little Creek
Be careful on Lockwood Boulevard near Carillon Elementary and Hagerty High School. This stretch usually has a cop in the morning (7-8:45) and afternoon(2:00-3:30) when classes are letting out, so be careful. They will nail you for speeding in a school zone, no exceptions. Usually sheriffs.
