Approaching the Village of Pinecraft from the east (westbound), as you cross the railroad tracks the speed limit changes from 40 mph (4-lane divided highway) to 25mph (4-lanes with center turn lane) very suddenly. The tripod is set up under a tree near Der Dutchman restaurant, and two officers on horseback take turns riding out in front of speeders and pulling them into the Circle-K parking lot. There is a motorized officer for backup, should someone try and outrun the horses.
