Satellite Beach, Florida Speed Traps

The cute little beach towns of Satellite Beach and Indian Harbour Beach (both next to each other) are a hotbed of bored officers having too much time on their hands. The towns are fairly low-crime so “law enforcement”” is pretty much traffic enforcement.”

Basically the whole city is a speed trap on A1A. The police cars are all black with no light bars on top. You will see 4 or 5 every time you drive down A1A with a car stopped.
