Seminole, Florida Speed Traps
86th Avenue near Duhme/113st n Road
Not a full time speed trap, but a sure ticket when they are there. Officers behind trees with radar guns usually clocking you as you enter 86 from Duhme, but other direction also. Speed limit drops to 25. My first ticket in 25 years.
Central Florida Parkway near Behind Altamonte Mall
Several locations along route. At bottom of hill east bound off I-4 overpass very common.

70th Street near Seminole Boulevard
They sit in the entrance to the fire station off of 70th down by 113th, sometimes at the car detailing place halfway between Seminole and 113th, across from the school. They hide back and will get anyone over 25 mph!
And it’s all day long, not just school hours.
66th Avenue near Semiole Boulevard
A turn off of Seminole BLVD onto 66th Avenue eastbound puts you onto 25 mph residential area. The officer, who usually gets out of his car, will use radar gun to catch speeders. Officer sometimes trains other officers on this street. Beware, they will hide behind newspaper machines, or parked vehicles in driveway.
Palm Springs Avenue near State Route 436
As you come up over the hill on Palm Springs after crossing over Central Florida Parkway heading towards SR 436-usually at least 2 motorcylcle cops sitting in driveway of Bahama Breeze.
