In front of Gibbs High school and PTEC. Plain clothes officer will be either behind a street light pole or on top of the blue overpass path. Cop cars are lined up waiting just down the road. If you get a ticket, SAFE2DRIVE traffic school offers a free basic driver improvement class to take points off your license and they pay you $50!
4th St N, between 34th Ave n and 38th Ave N
Heading north on 4th St N, usual black pick-up truck (leaving name out) parked on one of the parking lots along this stretch.
Gandy Blvd at 106th Ave N
Heading south on Gandy Blvd, so that’s either people getting off I-275 or from the apartments in the area as this is the north end of 4th St N before hitting the water, usual black pick-up truck approaching the 106th Ave N corner.
22 Ave. between 34th St. & 49th St. N.
The St. Pete police use a motorcycle cop on both sides of 22nd Ave. between 34th St. & 49th St. N. He uses Lidar and is on one side or the other almost every Friday. They also monitor 49th St. N. from the lake at 25th Ave to around 15th Ave. N. In both locations they use a large number of chase cars.
Park Street and 25th ave
One person radaring and about 15 cop cars ready for pursuit. Will probably only last today unless they catch a lot of people today.
