School zone – 15 mph when flashing – school is on Phelps, not Palmer, light is off to the side and not easily visible. Cop stands on the side street with the crossing guard and shoots his radar gun at people going by. $400 fine.
Between Lakemont and Park Avenue
Be very Careful, this cop is in a roaming UNMARKED RED MUSTANG, he likes to goat drivers into speeding. He waits to you hit max speeds, turns on the POP radar (that is instant radar) and bam, you got yourself a $200+ ticket. He is super aggressive and speeds and weaves through traffic. The windows are blacked-out so you can’t see the light-rack. He’s usually out in the mornings at rush hour, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Watch this cop in action, he methods just scream public safety.
Howell Branch Rd and hwy 436
The west bound right turn lane onto North bound 436 has an illuminated no right turn sign. The police wait in the 7-11 parking lot for someone to make a right turn when the sign is on. The fine is $100.00 + and points.
Interstate 4 & State Route 426 (W Fairbanks Ave.)
Red light trap on exit ramp east bound I-4 to State Route 426.
The police hide out after dark in a lot next door. No turn on red posted but not easily readable in the dark.
