Nearly all drive 65 which means that Officer Friendly has you for 30 over which costs $197.50. OF also avails himself of the concealment afforded by a slight rise in the road surface which enables him to comply, but just barely, with the 500 ft min sight rule. Note also that speeding fines could be as much as $900 (+ loss of license for persons < 18 yr of age) in this city.
