Ulune Street near Puala`a Street
Police are posted in either (Eastbound/Westbound) direction about once a month. Hawaii speed limits are set notoriously low, and this residential area is posted at 35, but most people (easily) do 45-50. As most of the road is curvy, you can’t usually see them until you’re caught.
