Police sit just around corner and radar you 5 feet before the 35mph sign while leaving town. That way they can add additional 10 miles to the ticket, and get you for aggressive driving if you really are only 5 over.

Precipitous drop to 25 MPH on wide city street from 65 MPH state highway. At least two units working the 2 mile stretch.
