Saint Anthony, Idaho Speed Traps

Heading south out of town where Bridge Street turns into Old Yellowstone Highway. The city police who have no real crime to solve sit at the old A&W where it’s posted 30MPH and right tickets all day long. A feel for the road is more 35-40 if your doing 40 they will write ya! WATCH OUT!!!!

SAPD sets under overpass on U.S. 20, which sets on a down slope and a corner. Stops made here are strictly for revenue and to meet goals" set by money grants issued by the State of Idaho. The stops do nothing for the safety of the city or it’s citizens. This activity may be leagl but it is a true example of a Speed Trap."
